Recently I’ve attempted to make homemade granola with no sugar added and guess what…it rocked. This recipe was extremely easy to make.
Here’s the recipe
1 cup of quick cook oats
1/3 cup of steel cut oats
1/2 cup of agave (this amount can be increased or you can use any other sweetener)
Any type of nuts or dried fruit
I also added pomegranate but they were not dried and it was delish.
I added flax seeds also
Stir everything together and put into a greased pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. The longer you keep it in the more crunch it will have.
Let it sit for a decent amount of time. I drizzled soy yogurt over mine and popped them in the freezer for around an hour.
P.S. I realized while doing this the recipe it can be adjusted to your liking so don’t be afraid to change it up!
